It sounds kind of complicated, but you need to activate the THCA so that it can become THC and have a psychoactive effect. You’re removing the carboxyl atom which is typically done by heating cannabis. Simply place a cookie sheet of well ground up weed in the oven at 225 for about an hour.

BAYLIE
That will activate the THC, which means you can cook pretty much anything you want with the cannabis. Most people, however, like to turn it into an oil or a butter. Eating dried out flower honestly just doesn’t sound that awesome. The key lies in extracting the cannabinoids from the flower.
